1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using franjohnsonhouse.com (the “Site”) or purchasing our products/services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us.

We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, errors).

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors even after an order is submitted. If we do, you can accept the corrected order or receive a refund.

4) Personalized/Custom Orders
By submitting personalization details, artwork, or approvals, you represent that you own or have rights to use that content.

Final Sale: Personalized/custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You are responsible for accuracy of names, dates, spellings, sizes, and other custom inputs.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title
We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier (or upon handoff where local law applies). Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6) Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy (above), which is incorporated into these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and code—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8) User Content & License
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in any media, subject to applicable privacy laws.

9) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

Violate laws, infringe IP rights, or upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

Use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission.

Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Services.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites/services. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, or their policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FranJohnsonHouse Ltd. its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria without regard to conflicts of laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria

15) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with an updated “Effective date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

16) Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
