What is your production time and shipping time?

Production time: 1–2 business days (most items are made to order).

Standard shipping: typically 8–12 business days (tracked).

DHL Express: typically 3–5 business days (tracked).

Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering with your event date + country, and we’ll recommend the safest shipping option.

Can I make custom and personalized orders?

A custom order includes any personalized item (place cards, signs, logos, etc.).
Because items are made to order, personalized/custom items can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

What are your size options?

Each product’s size is listed in the description and/or shown in a photo diagram.

For custom sizes, please include the measurement unit (inches or centimeters) to avoid mistakes.

Can I change / add items to my order ?

Yes - as long as the order hasn’t entered production.
Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

Please note: your order may be on hold until all details are confirmed.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

1. Message us as soon as possible with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging/label.

2. Please keep the item and packaging (it may be needed for the shipping claim).

3. Depending on your deadline, we can offer the best solution available: replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

If your event is very soon, a replacement may not arrive in time — we’ll always tell you the realistic options so you can choose what works best.

Are your metal signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our metal signs are made from weather-resistant metal with a durable finish, suitable for front doors, gardens, patios, and more.

How far in advance should I send names/personalization?

To ensure on-time delivery for events:

▪ Standard shipping: please send names at least 2-3 weeks before your event.

▪ DHL Express: please send names at least 8-10 days before your event.

Tip: For large orders (place cards, favors, etc.), earlier is always better.

Will I receive a proof before you make it?

We begin production quickly, so we don’t always send proofs. If you need proof, please message us before ordering.

Customs & duties

▪ European Union (EU): No extra customs duties/fees at delivery.
▪ United States: Duties included (DDP). No surprise fees!
▪ Other countries: Buyers may need to pay customs/import taxes. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
